The man with the infirmity and John chapter five, I don't want you to turn there, I just

want to bring it up.

But Christ said to him and he knew that man had had it for so long, something like 35

years.

And that's why he said to him, I just need to ask you one question before I bother with

you, wilt thou be made whole, because he said, you know what, brother, by the time you've

laid there as long as you have, you're going to have to decide whether you want this or

not.

Because in some ways it has worked for us, can somebody say, man, it's something's working

to some degree, it's doing, it's feeding something, would everybody agree to that?

It's doing something that we keep going after all the time.

Now the residual effects are horrible.

But there's something about it that we are so addicted to, we hardly know what to do.

Is that fair to say?

So we see in here, we've got to go through these scriptures and look very carefully at

the principles.

I love it when it says in verse three, and Samuel said to the whole house of Israel, if

you are returning to the Lord with all your hearts, comma, dot, dot, dot.
