We are, and to be fair, the excellence of execution of the start of the show belies the somewhat shambolic nature of our pre-planning approach to today's show.

So it's going to be a wild ride, isn't it?

But we had a planned episode for today, but unfortunately that didn't kind of come to pass.

And it's fair to say both of our weeks got on top of us,

and we didn't kind of really resolve what we were going to do instead until yesterday.
