We don't consider this a parenting podcast, but we had a really great conversation in this episode and it's one that needs to continue. Listen in as we talk about body confidence and consent, and how it's our jobs as parents to empower our daughters (and sons!) to feel confident rather than uncomfortable in certain situations. We also share five tips that you can teach your children to help keep them safe. We can't imagine what our conversations are going to be like in three years, but we know that these conversations need to be ongoing. So make sure you tune in and you have this discussion with your mom friends and your kids. It's a conversation that both boys and girls need to hear. Don't wait until it's too late. It starts with us.
