cornbread and I'm asking this back to North Carolina. Let me ask you this.

If we recognize that we're losing a lot of young minorities to a mindset, an infected mindset, particularly young blacks.

If we start by stipulating that as a fact, what are we doing to fix that problem?

If we recognize that even if the Democrats don't cheat, if they have more

voters who buy their package than ours.

Our only hope is that they are cheating because we could potentially fix the cheating.

We don't have a solution to change people's minds.

The problem is when people talk about changing the minds of other people,

you ask a Republican State Party Chairman or Republican County Party Chairman, you ask them what we can do for quote-unquote black

outreach. You know what they do? I've seen it happen.

I've seen this happen a hundred times. They will take a state house, state senate,

uh, congressional seat, even a U.S. Senate seat, they will take a position and say

we're going to put the black guy in there.

And all the big money donors, they recognize, all right, Republicans have to do

better with young black voters or with black voters. So the way we do it is we just

stick some black people in public office and then we put them right

behind that you know we put them in front of the camera right behind whoever speaking

all the time and we all talk about and everything is great.

And for some reason, the blacks don't vote for them.
