We have a number of things to get to this week, very important oral argument

at the Supreme Court this week and we're going to come to that in just a minute

but before we do, I cannot resist beginning with some news.

Particularly, this is for you, Will Salitan, because Mark Meadows, the former chief of staff to President Trump, has written this book that features

the revelation that Trump tested positive for COVID on September 26th of 2020, three days before his debate with

Biden I think and you wrote a great column about it which I'd like you to just

talk about for a second but before you do I want you to know about it

But before you do I want you to note that just in the news before we started this podcast

Meadows has gone on television and basically disavowed his own book in true Bolshevik show trial fashion.

He has agreed with Comrade Trump that yes, his book is fake news.

Oh my goodness.

Yeah, this is a, so you know, it's hard to find anything new about Donald Trump that sort

of lowers one's estimation of him.

In this case, to put this in very small terms,

this just sort of moves the timeline

of the point at which Trump knowingly put other people
