and there's really nothing I can do about it at this point. So my apologies here with my main man, Bain and just looking forward to a podcast with my friends and making some jokes and

telling some stories and I'll start it off with a cute story for you on this

Easter morning. Before training I was using the bathtub as a hot tub,

because warming up the joints feels really nice,

getting a hot tub in you before you gotta go train,

you know, we know about that.

And Bain was to was scratching the door,

he would not allow me to not have him in the bathroom.

And all of a sudden, this dude is, first of of all drinking the steaming hot water and then he's like

fuck it jumps up and into the bathtub and then just lays on my chest and he just laid there and I'm like Kaylee you've got to come to see this and just for like 30 seconds until Kaylee came in there. He was just laying on my chest content as hell he was just gonna hang out in the in the hot

tub with me until I got out that's unbelievable and for those listening, you could hear Bain chew on the mic there for a secondly in the beginning. So that was funny.

Your mic is doing that weird like little staticky things. I don't know if you have to like move it further away.
