And amen and good morning and welcome. So glad you're here. You can be seated. Those of you online, we're so glad that you're joining with us.

Trust that you'll all be blessed that you came and joined with us.

You probably already know this, but we're in the book of Revelation at the end of the

book of Revelation in the last chapter of Revelation, chapter 22.

And our text today is going to be verses 6 or 10.

Let me explain something here about why I'm kind of wanting to savor the flavor.

You know, you don't want something good to end?

I don't want this to end.

So you'll forgive me, but I'm just going to take, you know, it's still expositional

verse by verse teaching, but it's more textual.

You just take smaller portions of the text.

And so this is the portion before us today.

And what I'll ask you to do, I know you just sat down, I don't want to give you Catholicism flashbacks,

but if you're able, if not, no worries, stand for the reading of God's word.

You can follow along as I read the text beginning in verse 6,

where John, by the Holy Spirit, writes,

the angel said to me, these words are trustworthy and true.

The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.

Behold, verse 7, I am coming quickly or soon. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book.

Verse 8, I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things.

And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. But he said to me, verse 9, do not do it.

I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers, the prophets, and of all who keep the words of this book, worship God.
