Hello, Mr. Coleman. How are you today? I am living the dream. No more mister, though. It's just Ken.

Okay. I am just calling. I'm 23. I recently moved to our Alabama, Houston. And I don't know what I want to do with my wife.

Okay. Well, not a problem. There are a few different things or bounce grounds with a few different, like kind of career paths or industries. And I just don't know what I'm doing.

Okay. Great. Well, let's just go back to the sweet spot. It always works. It always works because we're going to get clarity here.

So let's talk about what Jessica does better than anything else. So if you think about all the things you do, let's say we would say you do these well.

Okay. So let's think these are like, these are things that you do, like on a seven or eight level. I want to know what you do on a nine, 10 level. What do people who know you best say that you do really, really well.

I'm a really great listener and encourager. I am really hard working. I'm dedicated. I'm knowledgeable. Like I want to learn. I want to always be moving up and be moving forward.

I can get the team moving up and moving forward and kind of with morale. Yeah. Great. Oh my gosh. You're awesome.

How good did that feel? How good did that feel? You just talking about yourself that way.

It did feel good. Yeah. See, that's not bragging. Folks, listen, Jessica was bragging.

Jessica was essentially revealing what I would find out if I went and talked to everybody in her life. So for those of you go,

can I just don't know what my talents are. I'd just say, humbug. That's a bunch of garbage. You do. People tell you, they're told you your whole life. So let's move on.

Now, this is the one where I want you to just again, let your heart answer it. Don't let your head qualify it.

When we think about passion, what I define passion as work that you look forward to, work that you love doing and work that produce a result that produces results that matter deeply to you.
