Hello and welcome back to Sochiology 101.

As you can see there on the screen, we're going to be responding to a video put out by John

Piper with Desiring God Ministries asking the question,

if God desires all to be saved, why aren't they?

Before we jump into that question, which is pretty intuitively easy question to answer for us

as provisionist, which I'll demonstrate.

I do want to point out a few things.

I want to say thank you for those of you who've sent me books over the years.

I've got a pile of them here.

I've got another pile of them at my other office.

And I'd be honest with you, I have not read through all of these.

I've got a pile of books I need to be reading, a pile of books that I would like to read,

and there are a pile of books that I would like to read and then a pile of books that people send me, either wanting me to give feedback to them and all those kinds of things,

sometimes it feels like I'm still in class doing my doctoral work and having to read books

all the time. Paul Hinton, thank you for sending this, no greater love. It looks really cool and

the back of it and your explanations

and things look really good and I look forward to diving into it maybe one day as things

happen. Norman Fisk keeping the faith. Thank you for sending that. Jacob and Esau, two nations
