Maxine snatches the package from the delivery drone and doesn't tip.

She rearranged her day, went to Hmart right when it opened, skipped the gym,

cooked grandma a quick congee lunch, checked Hannah out from school early to be here at the expected delivery time.

And the package didn't arrive until two hours, 38 minutes, and 11 seconds later.

She could have gone to the Pilates class. She'll have to take the Saturday class whose instructor told her if she could afford Pilates, she could afford salads.
