The Israel Defense Forces reportedly killed Hezbollah's entire senior Rodwan

Force Command in a targeted air strike today. Among the dead is Ibrahim Akil,

a top leader involved in Hezbollah's Conquer the Galilee

attack plan.

Akil is also linked to the 1983 U.S.

Embassy bombings in Beirut and had a $7 million bounty out for him.

The Radwan Force is responsible for much of Hezbollah's operations against Israel, including

plans to infiltrate Israeli communities.

In a three-two vote, the Georgia Election Board approved a new rule today requiring all counties

to hand-count ballots in addition to machine tallies.

Critics say the change could delay November's

results by weeks or even months and that the change in procedure comes so close to

the election that it would be near impossible to implement. Proponents however say these rules are part of an effort to make the state elections

more secure and transparent.

The House unanimously passed a bill today that would strengthen security for presidential

nominees following two attempts on the life of former President Trump.
