They process alerts if your identity has been compromised,

if you're subject to fraud.

So you can probably describe it more accurately

and better than I could, but what does Civic do?

Does it just do Fraud monitoring or there are a whole host of services that you provide?

I think it's important to start at the beginning there.

That I think is the first product that we went to market within our roadmap.

We've actually evolved recently, so perhaps this is more of a correction than anything else
