Thank you for downloading and listening to the show today. Got OTAs continuing this week, which is nice because it gives us something to pay attention to. You know, after this week, we enter that very quiet month in the NFL calendar. Not really for us at the score. I mean, we got a bunch of shows coming up. We'll go over my takeaways from all these mini camps. And I want to wait until all the teams get through practices through the mandatory

phase until we actually dive into this stuff. Most of the teams are holding their mandatory

practices this week. So we'll go team by team. We'll talk about my takeaways for those starting

later this week. Today, I want to break down my backup running

back rankings and i put these out initially in may i recently updated them i'll continue to

update them throughout the summer because it's really important to have a handle on who the

most valuable backup running backs are every year we see ball carriers rise up the depth chart most

often it's due to injuries sometimes it's

because the starter struggles and the backup excels and almost every backup running back has some

fantasy values some more than others of course so the focus today is just going to be on these

number two backs or handcuffed backs i don't really love that term the handcuff back i see them

more as insurance

policies or lottery tickets, even guys whose value can skyrocket in the blink of an eye if an

injury occurs to the starter. But we're not going to go over the entire list today. That's what the

article's for. You can go check out all the names over there. Today I'm going to talk about the top

12 or so, my favorite

backups to roster, and then we'll sprinkle in some of the others that I think are notable

a little further down the list. And as you know, some of the backs at the top of this list,

they're kind of fantasy starters in their own right. They're not just stashes. They have RB2 or

flex value on top of offering that league winning upside if everything falls their way.
