0:34.2	a day which at least for me personally has not only at different points lifted me out
0:40.0	of depression but helped me create financial success and improve my creativity and all

0:47.3	And whenever I've stopped doing the 10 ideas a day things fall apart.
0:52.1	So a lot of people now have started making their Idealist and there are some good streaks
0:57.3	up there but there's one list made by, I don't know who this person is, Robin Samuel's
