C.R. 22, 21, 1624, state of Idaho versus Lori,

Norine Fallow, the prosecution's here, the defense as well

as the defendant.

We're still in the state's case in chief and continuing with jury

trial in this matter. Council before we bring the jurors in, I'll first note all the jurors are present and have

signed their juror affirmation for today. We were going through numerous exhibits

yesterday and wanting to I think

clarify the record with the clerks on the exhibits. Are there any matters

regarding exhibits that we need to clarify before we get started again with evidence, Mr. Wood?

I just briefly, Your Honor. I have provided yesterday we were missing the court

copy and defense copy for exhibit 68 a that has now been

provided and we'll go without with that the consensus when it gets in And then we will need to admit Exhibit 82

and readmit 82A. and if the court wants we can do that with Detective Consitis,

leave it to the court, however you want us to proceed on that.
