All right, we're on the record on KCR 2221164 state of Idaho versus Lori

Nore in Valo. This is continuing jury trial.

The state's in its case in chief.

Courts advise the jurors are all here and present.

They're not in the courtroom yet this morning.

States here present through the prosecution, the defendant

is also present as well as the defense attorneys, and the courts advised the state had a request to hear a

sua sponte motion this morning, apparently,

before we bring the jurors in.

Your Honor, what the state had requested

is we had submitted some summary exhibits to defense.

It's my understanding they're going to have an objection to those.

We were hoping to take that matter up with the court in order to modify those exhibits if required.

All right, probably the best I could do at this point is see proffers on what the exhibits are.

We've briefly reviewed them, but they didn't come through and to the court until early this morning and so

I haven't had time to review in any detail the exhibits but I if you want to put any objections on the record at this point I'll take that

under advisement at what point would these exhibits be coming in or being

offered they would be offered through the next witnesses that the state would intend to call after Mr. Hart completes his testimony.

So there's two different witnesses.

Each one has, well one witness has two exhibits, the other one would have one exhibit.

They are summary exhibits. They were disclosed on the state's discovery or exhibit

disclosure previously.
