Continuing jury trial in the case, the court would note the prosecution's present, the defense, and the defendant are here present as well.

The court will continue to remind everyone that these proceedings are subject to the court's conduct order,

which among other things prohibits the transmission of any signal, audio, or video from these proceedings and also requires you to have your cell

phone silenced.

This morning we're scheduled to have closing arguments.

The court will first go through its jury instructions with the jurors

before the closings.

I'll also indicate that there's been a pending motion that was filed. The

defense brought a motion under Idaho Criminal 29 at the conclusion of the evidence in this case and that's a motion for a

judgment of acquittal under Rule 29. The court took that under advisement and I'm prepared to make a ruling today on the motion for judgment of acquittal.
