Welcome back to this week's Emily Show.

Today we are heading back to Idaho

because there have been a lot of developments

in the Idaho College student murder case.

There have been, well, two, three, there's three cases really.

We've talked about the TikTok defamation case

that's related to this.

Today we are talking about new unsealed documents

with regard to search warrants, attorney conflict,

and then a large appeal that's going on

with regard to the media, trying to make sure

that the gag order is yeeted from this case.

And that is coming when there are a ton of things

that have recently been filed under seal.

So fights over the gag order,

court determination about attorney conflict,

which I covered in other content,

and then of course that unsealed search warrant.

So we're going to go through all of it today.

Emily, that's an ambitious amount of things to cover.
