I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

So much going on in the Idaho four case.

And it was raised today by one of the channels Law and Crime.

How would you rate the defense versus the prosecution in this case?

How would you rate their performance?

Difficult to do, right? Because much of it depends on also the rulings from this man,

who you see on the screen, Judge Stephen Hippler. But how effective is the defense's presentation?

How effective is Ann Taylor in the representation of Brian

Kohlberger? Those are the some of the things we're going to look at. And the late hour of the

case, the fact that it's supposed to go on trial in August.

Was it late that she brought up the autism spectrum disorder?

Was it late in the game?

Was it believable for the judge?

And of course, that's to combat against the death penalty, which, of course, Anne Taylor is trying to have thrown out.

But which Bill Thompson, the prosecutor, the lead prosecutor on this case, is trying to include and have the death penalty as a penalty in this case.

So these are some of the questions we have.

And so many decisions in the last few weeks were made by Judge Hippler.

And you can point to all of them as key, as so, so important,

as every single decision that a judge makes in a death penalty case is so, so important.

And Judge Hitler has made lots of these decisions in the past week.

Many feel that he's extremely biased towards the prosecution.
