Brian Coburger case, the Idaho 4 case, is what the defense and the prosecution of putting

what this man, Judge Stephen Hippler, is going to have to allow or not allow in this case.

And these are not easy decisions for this judge. However, he does have guidance. And the guidance is something we call the most

important thing in any criminal case is the law. The set of guidelines that the law sets down for

judges. And those guidelines can be interpreted. So will the judge, if you're

pro-prosecution or pro-defense, or just pro-fair trial, which we all should be, that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

But this man, Judge Stephen Hippler, he has some very difficult decisions to put forth in this case.

And much, many of the decisions he has to make, there really is no case law for what the

defense is asking.

And I think that's, if the defense has erred in any part of their presentation in
