week's biggest conversations you might have missed. This story is moving rapidly and things may

have changed by the time you hear this discussion. This week, Israel broke the U.S. broker-to-ce-fire

agreement with Hamas. The deal brought relative peace to the strip for about two months.

In just 10 minutes, Tuesday became one of the deadliest days of the war in Gaza when Israel

launched air strikes from naval ships and warplanes. Those strikes killed more than 400 people

in Gaza and injured more than 500, according to Gaza's health officials. Almost half of those killed

were children. The Israeli military says the attacks killed five Hamas commanders. According to Al Jazeera,

most of the airstrikes this week hit, quote, heavily built up neighborhoods, makeshift schools,

and residential buildings where people are taking shelter, end quote.

The whole world is unjust. These are all children. This is a young child, a girl. Here they are.

Israel says it is trying to force Hamas to release the remaining 59 Israeli hostages

and that it consulted the White House before resuming its attacks. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this after the attacks on Tuesday.

From now on, Israel will act against Hamas with ever-increasing force. From now on, negotiations will take place only under fire.

A day after breaking the ceasefire, Israel launched a new ground offensive, killing dozens of Palestinians.
