excited for today's episode. In March of

23, Julian Sewell was a high school teacher in New Zealand when he posted a

Tik-Tock that went viral. It was him impersonating that moment at the Oscars

when a category is being called out

and as they run through the clips and the names,

each nominee sits there with like a smurkey grin

or an excited wave. And Julian impersonated made-up nominees, one of whom

has become a superstar in her own right, named Paloma Diamond. Now, the lore of Paloma Diamond is that she has been nominated

for 19 Oscars and hasn't won yet. But Julian tells me that when she wins, it'll be an Oscar clip for the ages.

So on today's show, I am talking to Julian Sewell, whose Tik-Tock account has more than 38 million likes and is filled with amazing parodies

of reality shows, Hollywood roundtables, and several heads of state.
