Okay, today I want to talk about, again, a little bit personal, I want to talk about

Ick intolerance. Have we become too ick intolerant? And when I say we, I'm literally holding up a

mirror. I'm holding up a fucking reiki makeup mirror in my own face because I am literally

patient zero when it comes to ick intolerance. I love talking about icks. I know some people feel

like the conversation has gone too far. I know a lot of men think, oh my God, everything we do is

an ick. Like I breathe and it's an ick. Well, yeah, kind of, but I'm just kidding.

But I want to discuss, and I don't totally have the answer. I'm hoping I'll have it at the end via this discussion. Have we become too ick intolerant? Is it hurting us instead of helping us?

Let's talk first about, okay, let's define an ick in case anybody isn't sure what that is.

To me, an ick is a thing that a guy does where it's very small. It's not a red flag. Okay.

It's not something, you know, it's not a beige flag. It and nothing like this it is a small thing that he does

that suddenly humanizes him to the point where you get grossed out okay so it's small you know the

the the classic example is like he trips or you see him say a joke and nobody laughs.

Or he bends over and you see his butt crack and you're just like, oh my God.

And you get like this sick feeling in your stomach where it's like, I can never, I can never sleep with this person again.

I can't.

I just am so icked out by him.

Can you get over an ick? I think you can if you really like the person and if you don't really

like them, then sometimes an ick does you in. So an ick is not like a big thing, all right?

It's just like a little thing. Remember, I even suggest that we make an ick list, okay? What is an ick list you

might ask? It's when you're in the beginning stages of dating someone, you keep a little

ick list. And the reason that I say to do this is because, A, it can bring you back down to

earth if you're reverse boxing, theorying him and you're just like, oh my God, you're Gougou
