House Republicans are pushing new legislation they say will stop insider trading -- but critics argue it does no such thing. A U.S Congressman will join me later to talk about his plans to help ban stock trading in the federal government.
Democrats are drawing a hard line. Senate leaders say they'll vote no on Homeland Security funding -- putting parts of the federal government on the brink of a shutdown.
