Summary

Despite historically being one of the worst programs in college football, Indiana will play in the College Football Playoff final four next week. The Hoosiers, under Curt Cignetti, have parlayed the new era of the sport into a new era of excellence and the program is poised to win a national championship - again - in FOOTBALL. Greg, I watched a lot of football over the last few days, and I saw a team called Indiana,

0:30.0

who's arguably one of, if not the worst college football programs in the history of the

0:35.0

sport, now in the NCAA college football playoff final four.

0:41.3

Why not Carolina?

0:44.3

Well, first of all, Tommy, let's say this.

0:47.4

It is one thing for Indiana to do kind of what it did last year,

0:51.1

1:57.6

And it's a combination of having a creative mindset from your coaching staff in terms of scheme

2:03.3

and what you're trying to accomplish and then getting good enough players to fit those

2:08.3

aims. And that's really it. So you have to be very good with talent evaluation and you've got

2:16.4

to have players that can do exactly

2:18.8

what you're asking them to do, and you maximize their strengths while you minimize their

2:23.4

weaknesses. Sounds easy. Clearly, it's not. But there is a pathway, and I think the fact that Duke
