But Greg, we're just going to talk about what everybody's been talking about the last

couple of days, and that's Carolina's win over Duke.

But I want to look at it in a way of what it means for the program going forward, what it

means for Hubert Davis.

Carolina goes to Miami on Tuesday night, so another big one, but the Duke win, the impact

of the Duke win on the program, on the coach, on the players, on the fan base.

Well, as we talked about last week, Tommy, this is really a unique opportunity for North Carolina

going into that game Saturday, where if you a unique opportunity for North Carolina going into that

game Saturday, where if you lose that game, you're really behind the eight ball, not only in the

ACC conference standing race, but you're behind the eight ball in the double by race for the

ACC tournament. And then you're, because of that, you would be in trouble in terms of seeding,

just being further down the list than you would like to be.

But by winning that game and winning in dramatic fashion, North Carolina has really

kind of made up for that West Coast swing.

And I think that's very beneficial.

You know, if you look at Carolina's losses, Louisville, well, let's say they play them coming up.

SMU is five and five in the conference, Cal's five and six, Stanford's four and seven.

So that's not what you would be looking for as you're trying to make

a push for the ACC Reggers season championship. But because you're able to hand Duke its first

lost and because you also were able to still a game on the road at Virginia, Virginia is nine

and two in the conference, You've really kind of level
