I didn't think they had a chance.

And they pull it off.

They pull it off on the back of guys that we don't normally see make plays

and win the game at Virginia.

Does it write the ship for Hubert Davis and the Tar Heels?

Well, it certainly shifts the narrative a little bit, Tommy,

and that's critically important for North Carolina.

I mean, it had been a really difficult first three weeks of 26 for Hubert Davis and the Tar Hills with the game at SMU.

They didn't look great against Wake Forest, allowed Wake Forest back into that game and kind of escaped with a home victory.

And then I think everybody remembers and is trying to block out what happened on the West Coast.

And I mean, they won to be at Stoner Day, but even that game, they didn't look great, you know. I mean, they looked good for, for stretches of time. And then you go to Virginia and you watch them in the first half and just kind of like, you know, this is spiraling, kind of out of control. This is getting bad.

And then a light bulb goes off in the second half.

And I think it's important you raise the point there.
