Summary

Inside Carolina's Greg Barnes and Tommy Ashley discussed UNC star Caleb Wilson and the grind of the college season for a freshman. Wilson continues to put up massive numbers on the offensive end of the floor but has experienced an increasingly physical opponent game in and game out while the Carolina guards have struggled to provide help for both Wilson and center Henri Veesaar. Barnes and Ashley discuss how Hubert Davis and the Heels can all get back on track with another California road game ahead on Saturday. **Call to Action:**   **Subscribe:** Follow 'Inside Carolina' wherever you get your podcasts to never miss an episode!   **Review:** Leave us a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify to help us reach more Tar Heel fans!   **Visit:** Explore http://www.InsideCarolina.com for breaking news, recruiting updates, and expert commentary on all things UNC sports. And that's Greg Barnes and Johnny T-shirt is our sponsor. Greg, Caleb Wilson, to me, seems like a guy that's getting

worn out and seems like a young man that's getting frustrated with his situation at Carolina.

1:03.4

that Carolina does, especially not the talent level of Caleb Wilson, who is going to be a top five

1:09.5

lottery pick. And so he was able going to be a top five lottery pick.

1:16.3

And so he was able to really have a lot of success early in his college career without much opposition.

1:20.0

And I think as we've seen as the years going along,

1:23.6

yes,

1:24.0

he's getting more minutes.

1:26.2

And you hit a wall inevitably as a freshman.

1:30.4

So I think there's a little bit of fatigue setting in.

1:33.2

But also teams start to learn how to guard you and how to approach you.

1:38.3

And that's a challenge.

1:40.0

And when he hasn't seen a lot of that tough competition,

1:43.8

he has now seen that over the last couple weeks since ACC play is really ramped up.
