Carolina Stanford tonight, 9 o'clock on the ACC network. Well, we'll say nine

o'clock on the ACC network. These, uh, it seems like the two-hour time spans for, for basketball

games have come into question lately. So we'll say nine-ish. Greg, this is an important game for

North Carolina. This is West Coast California road trips never easy for

ACC teams and Carolina needs to play well. They've struggled a little bit in games,

got the fan base riled up a little bit and Stanford is no pushover, especially out there.

Yeah, for sure. And we were talking earlier, Tommy,

when you look at this West Coast swing that the ACC is implemented,

and of course it makes sense.

But if you go west,

then you're going to play both Stanford and Cal.

Duke's doing that now along with Carolina.

And the only team that has successfully run that gauntlet over the past two years is Wake Forest last year.

And Wake won one game by six and the other game by 10.

One game was kind of down at the wire and they pulled away in the final minute.

So it is tough and just having to travel, the logistics of that. It's one thing if you, yeah, if you go down to

Tallahassee and you're in the same time zone, but you're only spending, you know,

nine or two and you can get back and you get back into a rhythm. But when you're going out west, I mean, North Carolina left on Monday

and won't get back until early Sunday morning.
