we'll switch over to a quick little tidbit on hypermagnesemia. Get right into it. How do we

diagnose magnesium when it's too low and too high?

There aren't really any specific clinical manifestations of hypomagnosemia. I think you need to be like

an Oslerian level doctor to really suspect this necessarily. Although, you know, certainly

you're going to suspect this in, I guess, some clinical scenarios like intrafurbulation and

Tversod, but in general, this is usually going to be asymptomatic, so the diagnosis is

going to be based on checking your magnesium level.
