So the IDSA guideline on ventilator associated pneumonia recently came out and they basically

said the H-CAP kind of like can exist anymore. And the IDSA-CAP guidelines, the community-acquired pneumonia guidelines, are still pending.

So we're in this weird vortex of time where they've kind of said H-CAP doesn't exist,
