about paracardial tamponad. Tampinad, Josh, like the worst. One of those things we say, oh, no, I hope it's not

this. And then when it is this, you're like, ah, shit, it's tapinad. So today we're going to cover a

rapid reference just to bring you back to over and over again how you diagnose this.

And I love this dichotomy, Josh.

The ultrasound gurus say it's inflow.

Everybody always on textbook says it's a clinical diagnosis.

But then when you clinically diagnose it, they ask you for the echo findings.

I just find it like a Schrodinger's cat of Tampanad, like we said Schrodinger.

I think the biggest and most important thing is to start off with what is the limitation then,

because we say we get caught up between the clinical and the formal diagnosis.

What can we do with this chapter? What can we not do? So just between the clinical and the formal diagnosis. What can we do with

this chapter? What can we not do? So just a quick word on the limitations here. So exactly

defining when someone is in Tampanod, is this like religious incantation of the Tampanod?

And there's not like a super great gold standard in the universe other than therapeutic drainage. So if you drain

the fusion and the patient gets better, then they had tamponot. But all these studies, you know,

and there's all these like sensitivities and specificities for tamponod, but if you don't have

a gold standard, then what do those numbers mean? And honestly, I'm not really sure. So we're going to

throw around some numbers here because we have to because it's all that we have. But just keep in mind that every single study has like different definitions and

none of these definitions are super perfect. So who knows what Tampanaut is? So you're just saying if you
