I'm here with Adam Thomas.

And we're going to kind of go over a revision of the COVID chapter that we've boiled down

and kind of fleshed out a bit for critically ill patients.

We're now post inocuration.

We have a new president.

We want a new COVID chapter.

New hope, new eyes.

So we're going to keep this kind of lean and mean, right? Josh, we're not going to go into the weeds of

some crazy vasculitis, endothelitis, quagulopathy, and pathophys. We're going to keep it straight to what

you need to know clinically, aren't we? Exactly. So today, organ support specifics to the organs. We've covered this before,

but we're going to review it again. We're going to focus hard on immunomodulation because we shall say

this is the farcest level controversy that we need to flesh out today. So preambles and caveats,

as always, Josh, do we know a lot of things definitively a year

into this? I think we've made some progress, but I think mostly we don't know a whole lot. And everything,

like all of our COVID castes, will probably be wrong in like two or three months. But we're doing

our best. Go back to last March. Let's have a little walk down memory lane because you've updated this chapter and

this is the eighth update, but you've made it lean and mean. But let's talk about all the buildup

that came here. What's happened last year? What things were we wrong? Humbly, we were wrong

about a lot of things, but what were we wrong about? What were we not so wrong about? What

happened? You know, certainly covering COVID has been probably like one of
