I celebrated by, you know, wearing a bright colored shirt, ready to roll.

It's a non-Penn.

I got a lot of comments on the fact.

It's kind of the most dingus-y shirt you probably have.

It's like, it's, you don't usually wear those kind of shirts.

I know, I know.

And, like, I left it untucked. It looked like my one buddy said,

all you need is the hat and a cigar. You look like you belong in Cuba. And I was like, all right, let's roll. I get the khaki pants, the untucked, you know, buttoned up short sleeve

shirt. I'm on vacation, baby, in my mind.us Day, it's very big. There are very few communities

that actually celebrate Dingus Day. Apparently, Buffalo, New York is the biggest one.

South Bend is maybe the next biggest one, but it's, it's like a, it's many considerate,

like the Polish St. Patrick's Day, basically. It's the Monday after Easter

where people basically kind of, you know, like you purge yourself of all the restrictions

that you had during Lent and you eat a bunch of Polish sausage and drink beer and, you know,

that kind of thing. So I haven't partaken in a Dingus Day in a long time.

I don't think I ever have because I'm always in school.

Whether as a student or whether as a teacher, we don't get those, we don't get Dingus Day off.

My daughter tried to convince everybody that today was a holiday and we shouldn't go to school.

So that was a thing.
