I got to do a speech at the peer recovery conference. And while I was in Arkansas, I was invited

to the Lowenoke County Jail by Sheriff John Staley, where he let me into the jail. I got to

explore the entire jail. We filmed a commissary cooking

competition inside the jail. I even got to interview Sheriff Staley and that interview will be

coming out in the coming days or weeks. And he also gave me the opportunity to give a presentation to some of those that were incarcerated

inside this county jail. So I wanted to share that with you guys today. It gives you a little bit

something different than you're used to hearing on this podcast. It dives into my story. It has

some humor and some comedy in it. And at the end of the day,

it serves as a tool for motivational purposes. So I hope you guys really enjoy this speech that I
