Hello everybody. It's been a while since the last podcast. I spent Thanksgiving Week in the British Virgin Islands.

I rented a boat with another family and there was a group of us that were

you know just exploring the islands for a week.

I was surprised at how many fans of the Peter Shift Show podcast I ran into

while on these islands.

So hopefully they made it home and they're able to listen

to this podcast as well. I wanted to devote today's podcast predominantly or pretty much exclusively to the end of my

defamation lawsuit in Australia. I want to kind of update everybody on what happened

and where I'm going to go from here, although I do want to point out that in my absence the gold price managed to get above $2,000 and then in

the last couple of days rallied some more in fact goal was up about $25 today and it's up again in the

evening up about another eight nine, it's almost at $20 at $2,050 per ounce.

So I believe their all-time record high was 2,080 per ounce.

So we're almost there.

But I think what's going to be substantial is once we get above that I'd say

maybe 2,100 just to kind of put a little cushion between the old record

high and the price of gold, I think the price is going to move up
