Summary

Happy Mother's Day Mom. I wish that I could be just like you. Today's episode is dedicated to my mom, here are four things that I’ve learned and I share this with my mom every day. It’s something that all parents want to hear. It’s helped my relationship with my mom. I tell my mom every day, a minimum of a minute, number one, I’m healthy. Number two, I’m happy. Three, I love her. Four, I appreciate her, meaning she adds value to my life. If you tell your parents no matter what age they are that you’re healthy, happy, appreciate them and love them, there’s nothing else they care about. They may give you a hard time about little stuff but in the end, you will solidify your connection to the most important people in your life which is your parents, and give them the gratitude and appreciation for you that you have for them.

to prove to her that I could help her because nobody did. Like my mom's a kind of

mom. You come down with the wrong attitude, go back upstairs. I'm not allowing it.

She would tell me you're living below the line, blame shame, justification, don't

count other people's money. Like all these little things that I didn't listen to,

I just wasn't my mother who was in that business of empowering children. I don't

1:03.3

have the patience for that. It wasn't in my aptitude. And although I love my

1:07.4

children, I'm not sure I could teach hundreds of them every day for 47 years.

1:11.9

Like my mom did. That's a saint. I'm glad that my mom made me study. Now, most

1:17.5

people wouldn't know it because my mom's your typical Jewish mom stands about

1:40.4

Well, I think I'm still successful. She still has that over me. I just said, you know,
