I picked today's book because it's my favorite personal finance book. I also like books that make

big promises. I think grapes of wrath should be called, I will teach you to be bored.

But, Helen, what did you think? I read this book much more recently than you have. I'm looking

forward to putting into practice several of his tips, including leaving my bank. It was hard not to

feel a little bit of tact, hearing how much he hates Wells Fargo.

And I was like, yeah, me too.

I will say he writes aggressively, and he also tries to be funny,

but he just comes off as aggressively unfunny.

Like when he first mentions how much it infuriates him when he hears the advice that to be better money-minded, you need to stop ordering lattes.
