0:06.4	you know I am deeply passionate about a lot of things. Mental health, vulnerability,
0:10.5	elevating voices, self love and radical honesty, especially honesty about shame. Which is why
0:15.9	I'm making this podcast, I weigh with Jameela Jamil. In this podcast, I'm talking to performers,
0:21.4	activists, influencers and friends about shame. Maybe it's shame that they are working
0:25.4	through themselves. Maybe it's their past shames or just shame that exists in our society.
0:30.0	At I weigh, we focus on progress and not perfection. And it's the journey that I'm interested in.
0:35.7	This over here is a sneak peek of the podcast that I think captures its heart where I ask
0:40.4	comedian, actress, showrunner and friend, Ashley B, to do an I weigh. What is an I weigh
0:46.2	you ask? Well, it's something that I ask every guest to share. What they weigh, not

1:11.4	Ashley and I even cried on the podcast. And neither of us, a cryers, but we were brought to tears
