elevating voices, self love and radical honesty, especially honesty about shame. Which is why

I'm making this podcast, I weigh with Jameela Jamil. In this podcast, I'm talking to performers,

activists, influencers and friends about shame. Maybe it's shame that they are working

through themselves. Maybe it's their past shames or just shame that exists in our society.
