relatable and I think that the evolution of your work is something that has

really resonated with me. And so that's why I wanted you to be here today. But I wanted to just

address that straight up in case anyone's a bit dubious about this. I feel as though you have

very much so considered a way to make this conversation relatable for everyone, because I do think mindset, if used in the right way, is an imperative part of resilience and an imperative part of life.

And I myself, as disadvantaged as I've been in some areas, I think I'm only alive because of the

resilience that's been built up by the discipline to do so.
