So Tim, what provoked you to start this website?

Oh, well, that's a good question.

I'm just a normal guy like you pretty much, and I needed a job in 2001 and I got hired a company in Nevada and I moved from

Sterling, Virginia.

I needed to find a moving company so I went online and I found one and they gave me what I thought was a reasonable price.

So I put down a deposit and hired a company and they came and loaded up all my things like they said they were going to do but once they had all my belongings

they closed the door and put a lock on the truck and said that my 1,800 dollar move was going

to cost me 5,200 dollars.

Wow that's similar to what happened to us, only it wasn't that large difference.

And it varies on the company.

But you did the same story.

Once they got your stuff, the price goes up and you lose track of who's helping you, they don't call

you back. They told me it would take seven to ten days and ended up taking six weeks. And even

when it did show up, I had damages and I never did get my $1.00 price I had to pay,

the extorted amount, and there really wasn't anybody to turn to.

So with the background in the internet internet programming I put together a website and

started telling people about my experience and it just kind of ballooned from

there. So we've been doing this for
