the 15th of April. And you know what kind of a program we've just had, a very, very good

program, a very easygoing program. And the one thing that everybody's talking about at the

moment is arthritis. And I'm going to be dealing with that in some of my podcasts coming up.

I've got a website for you to go to because it's, I've discovered actually in the

new room here, there's about three or four of us have got arthritis.

And I know, the funny thing is years ago, I just thought, oh, don't worry, Steve, that's an

old person's thing.

Only old people get that.

People suffer.

I didn't know what it was.

God, it was hurting.

But it is affected in my finger. I mean, how bizarre is this? In your fingers. And then one of the

young ladies out there, I say young ladies on the news desk, and we were talking about it,

she said, I've got arthritis as well. And I thought, but she's half my age. So it can affect

anybody. But the one thing is, and I'll be giving you details on all the podcast starting very very shortly is a website that you can go to and you can get advice and you can get help you don't need to suffer with it and I know many of you will but hopefully we'll push you in the right direction okay so get yourself a pen and a piece of paper, and that'll be coming up very, very shortly.
