0:06.0	I must admit to being a coward about fully expressing the truth as I see it about our system.
0:18.0	And I guess my cowardice is because I don't like being critical
0:26.0	and because to a certain degree I think we all do the best with what we know.
0:32.0	But this has to be said, our education system is fucked at the grass roots.
0:41.0	It's old, it's outdated, it's based on a labour system,
0:47.0	teaching skills to work, to earn.
0:52.0	And we're way beyond capital now being just about labour.
0:58.0	We're way beyond that, technology and social media,
1:03.0	and the way we communicate and interact and money and the speed of money and the money system.
1:09.0	This is all compounded like crazy in the last couple of decades.
1:16.0	But when was the last time our education system got properly evaluated and analysed and disrupted and changed?
1:26.0	The education system is fucked and it needs to change.
1:32.0	And I would urge you to share what I'm about to say.
1:37.0	Now the reason I've been a coward in this is because I have teachers and parents in my kids school who follow my work and they follow my content.
1:50.0	Even my son's teacher teaches his kids if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
1:58.0	And I've held back on saying what I'm about to say.
2:02.0	But this is not personally aimed at a teacher and I think many teachers are doing the best with the constraints of what they're given.
2:11.0	They can only teach what they're told to teach.
2:14.0	But our education system is fucked because we are not teaching our kids fundamental life skills.
2:23.0	Now look, comparing yourselves on social media and obesity and all these things I can't even talk about, I'm just going to talk about money.
2:35.0	We are not teaching our kids anywhere near enough about how money really works.
