Hello, welcome to another episode of Paleum G uncensored. I am your host Julie Bauer Roth coming to you from my office as I watch across the back of our house.

So our houses are like backed to each other

so I can see to my neighbors

because the lots are so small in Denver so of course they build up and

then you share an alleyway where your garage is and then you can, when you're on the second floor of your house you can see into your neighbor's house.

So our neighbors moved and they put their house on the market and it obviously wasn't selling because it's been on the market for a little bit and

just the other day they there were all these things happening at the house.

I thought people were moving in.

I was like, oh, sweet, the household.

I'm like, no, but it's still in Redfin,

because I'm a creep and of course,

want to know how much the house is going to sell for,

so we can know for you know future sale

of this house someday maybe I'm not much of a forever home kind of gal but they

were doing I thought somebody was moving in, but then they were just, I was like,

shit, these people who were moving in and just have their shit together.

But then somebody was taking photos, I was like, oh, okay, so they're restaging this house because whatever

staging they were going with wasn't working, which I looked at the photos online and I thought the house looked great.

But I guess probably the feedback they got you

know came back that whatever style they went with it wasn't working I don't

know I'd love to know when we we sold our last house, our realtor would share like the

feedback they got they sent us. They shared with us when a person didn't like the
