spray tan had her do two run-through so you know two layers. Brian last night was like, you smell weird.

Whenever I get a spray tan, I wrap myself up in a blanket like on top of our bed.

I heard about this brand called Tansy,

which it's like a silk, pretty much sleeping bag

you get into underneath your covers,

but I just use like a blanket and then I wash the blanket that next morning.

But yeah, it smells fucking terrible.

Spray tans are gross, but I had to film month one of Power Program 2.0 today and you know I was so

fucking pale I was getting see-through. I have very Irish skin but it can get very tan I don't know all my roots but it can still

get very tan when I really work for it but the thing is I don't work for

it anymore so I just get the spray tan but you know what's

not fucking important my spray tan you know what is that a new president is

getting elected okay so this is the thing I had to film my videos this morning. So I wasn't on my phone

because I print out all the movements that I'm going to do for Power Program 2.0 and then I highlight them as I go through them.

So I don't look at my phone because I just have fucking shit to do.

And two hours later I get on my phone and okay no news update no news update I

don't get it but Instagram is blowing up with everything about Biden winning.
