I'm absolutely delighted to be doing by Doc Hevington for this one. Doc, my friend, how are you? Good? I'm very good, Dan. Thank you very much for inviting us on today. Oh my pleasure, mate, looking forward to. We've got a few things to talk about. It's an exciting time, but we've got to get into it in due course. We're going to speak about the Reds as well to finish with because

you are a man. We've been chatting speak about the Reds as well to finish with

because you are a man.

We've been chatting off camera for 15, 20 minutes. Now you've seen some stuff when it comes to Liverpool, it's fair to say. That's a very football-centric point of view, but just genuinely throughout your life, your journey, your path, if you're like, been a really fascinating one. And I guess I kind of, you try and sum it up in a lot of your books

and I think you try and tell the stories of what you've witnessed

and your experiences in many ways. Yeah, I do. I do. I mean, obviously, this week we're going to be launching a new book, which is Imagine, Janelle's story, about Scouts for the Soul. And that leads into the future books, which are all the Scouts for the Copyright Soul. but the future books which are all the scouts for

the copyright soul but at the beginning of that book I mean we do talk about my passion

for the Reds and and how that affected a very important life experience you know

which was you know obviously sadly the loss of my son but you know um singing you

never walk alone in a in the sense of care in manila was you know obviously i couldn't

have done that unless it was a Shankly boy you know i met Shankly as a kid and he called me

little crazy horse after them on news because i loved himmline news in them days and he was my favourite

player and

and Shank really did tell me off on the day for not being in school but as it was

a new Pythagoras theorem I was pretty good at mathematics at the time so he

sort of forgave me and then since then you know I've been to Glenbrook virtually every year

and make a pilgrimage to Glenbook I've written a kid's book about it which is a bowl of scouts for

the cop I told the Glenbook adventure and that's a that's a really funny story in itself with

with some important messages for kids at the end of the day so that's the heart

again we're speaking off camera won't we moment we that's sort of at the heart of everything you try and

do in terms of you try and tell the story whilst also delivering a message of importance well which
