Completely depressed and, and, and, and just wrecked over the death of my long time childhood friend Ronnie Misselli.

I, I, I, I, we put that on the free show so you guys can hear it because, um, I share some, I share some very personal things.

On the Patreon show, but I wanted you to hear the story about Ronnie because he was a very big part of my life.

And, um, it was just a, a complete shock to me that he would die at 57.

Not, not completely because he was into drugs and steroids and Ronnie had always lived a life where he was looking over his shoulder.

So, you know, people like that, you get a little nervous about compassion and over, you know, you worry about them, but, you know, he was down in Florida and we hadn't seen each other for a while.

And, um, but the news of his death certainly jolted me and it fucked me up.

I mean, for two days, I was a wreck.

I was a mess.

I drank, I cried, I slept, I didn't want to get out of bed, um, to be completely frank.

And also, it's so funny that here I am being a wreck.
