We were talking on that about how businesses are in a position where they'll hire anybody right now.

And so for your entry-level jobs, there is a quality of employee out there that I'm not used to running into.

I mean, people that are really barely competent or not competent at all to do their job. But to keep the doors

open at your restaurant or grocery store or whatever, you got to hire anybody that'll apply,
