0:18.0	I'm 49 years old and I have a 24 year old daughter who is back at home.
0:24.8	She'd moved out for a couple of years
0:26.5	and she's back at home.
0:27.8	And I guess the trouble that I'm having with my wife.
0:31.6	Why? Why is she back at home?
0:35.0	She is back at home because she changed jobs a few times and not blaming the pandemic but things did kind of get a little bit walky and she she ended
0:45.8	up financially not able to continue to go on with a new lease so she didn't sign a new
0:52.1	lease and ask if she could move back home to save money.
0:55.9	And so we definitely told her that that wasn't a problem and she's been home for a couple of years now.
1:02.2	She's just says she's been working having a hard time to get qualified as we know that
1:06.8	property at prices are gone up and and rents are going up and everything so
1:12.3	my wife and I had thought, you know, maybe if we could give her a little bit
1:16.9	of extra help to maybe try to purchase a home for her to try to help her be successful in life and move forward.
