So today we thought we'd have a special episode for the holidays. And we went to see Ken's mom in Washington Oaks this weekend for Christmas. You know, we did learn a lot. You know, when you spend a couple of days or a few days somewhere like that, you really start to see what is important. And since it's the holidays, we kind of figured we do a special holiday episode on kind of the lessons that we learned spending a few days up at Washington Oaks. Yeah. And I think, first of all, you guys know I see my mom a lot. I'll be there next month as well for her birthday. And so my goal has always been to see my parents at least once a month. Doesn't always work out that way. Obviously, I live in Arizona. They live in Washington.

But while we're sitting out there and we're getting to get to know other people in the facility,

there were three currencies that DeNeil and I started to talk about, right? Like, first of all,

0:50.3

no one in the room ever, no one in the facility ever talks about where they worked or how much money they have.

0:56.6

No. Period. It just doesn't come up. Because why would it? Right. Right. Well, because at the end of the day, now they're all in Washington, Noakes. They all live in the same apartments. They wear whatever clothes that they wear. Like, it's just not a thing. They just don't give a, you know what.

1:10.2

Like, it's just the funniest thing.

1:11.5

They literally don't care.

1:13.8

Which I, it's just not a thing. And they just don't give a you know what. Like it's just the funniest thing.

1:11.5

They literally don't care.

1:13.6

Which I, it's funny because I told Daniel, I go, it's so different than, you know, normal.

1:19.8

Like when we go to dinner or we go to an event or somewhere, everybody's kind of look at my car, look how much this, look at the deal I closed,

1:28.5

you know, whatever it is, it's all flash in the pan stuff, right?

1:31.5

But when you go to a place like this where there are six Centurions in this facility, by the way,

1:39.1

six.

1:39.7

There are six people that are over 100.

1:42.3

And there's a whole bunch in their 70s and 80s and 90s.

1:46.1

And there's some in their 60s.

1:47.8

Yeah, super surprising.

1:49.6

I'm like, I need to get out of this place.

1:52.2

But there are people that want to go in there in their 60s.

1:55.5

And so, you know, my mom's been there for, I guess, uh, not quite 10 years, but she likes it.

2:01.9

And, uh, but what, what's really, really, really interesting to us is the three currencies.
